We would like to inform you, as a guest of Bad Feilnbach, the necessity for the spa contribution. It is important to know, above all, that the spa tax is required from each guest.

These contributions are tied to the touristic tasks of the community. That is, the guests profit directly from the generated income. Many activities and services are financed by the income, e.g. free transportation through regional operators, the spa concerts, the Haus des Gates , the reading room , various guest hikes and guided tours, the entertainment evenings, the swimming pools, the maintenance of the bike and hiking trails (over 200 km), the placement of directional and informational signs, the benches , the maintenance of the nature park and the topic ways, the music pavilions, the garden plants and much more besides.
We can guarantee you; the spa tax is collected and utilized entirely for your benefit. It is a fair and necessary means, as inexpensively as possible, to finance the various amenities required of a therapeutic “Bad”.
The spa contribution is determined according to the number of residence days. The arrival and departure days are considered as 1 day. We ask for your understanding that no reduction can be granted for severely disabled guests because of the relatively inexpensive spa tax.

Spa area:

The spa area is the entire community with the exception of the community Torfwerk Bad Feilnbach and the Tregler Alm, which is within the community of Bad Feilnbach and the entire area of the previous municipality of Dettendorf.
The spa area is divided into spa district 1 and spa district 2.
Spa district 1 covers the above described community without the municipality parts, belonging as described, to spa district 2.
Spa district 2 covers the municipality parts of Au, Achthal, Berghalde Berg, Bindham, Brodhub, Brettschleipfen, Gunzloh, Gottschalling, Hummelhausen, Kogl, Lipertskirchen, Litzldorf, Moosmühle mill, Oberbindham, Pfaffenberg , Paulreuth, Wiechs and Wilharting.
